1. The service

bestprice provides a browser extension and a website that overlay price information on the distributor ordering pages that your store already uses. bestprice is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any distributor or of the operator of any ordering platform.

2. Accounts

The service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the store you register. Keep your password and access tokens confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account represents one store.

3. Trial and plans

New accounts receive a short Premium trial, after which the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Paid plans are billed weekly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid week and partial weeks are not refunded. Plan contents and prices are listed on the site and may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing week.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the extension only on ordering accounts that belong to your store, with your own credentials.
• Do not use the service to crawl, copy or republish a distributor's catalog, images or text, and do not attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits or the field whitelist.
• Comply with the terms of the ordering platform and of your distributors. If a distributor asks you not to use third-party tools in its cabinet, respect that.
• Do not share your account across stores or resell the service.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us a licence to process the observations the extension sends, as described in the privacy policy, including in anonymized and pseudonymized form for benchmarks, demand signals and data feeds shared with industry partners. You confirm you are entitled to let us process the ordering data of your store.

6. Estimates and benchmarks

Price levels, negotiation room, savings and benchmarks are estimates computed from the data available to us. They are information, not advice, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Decisions about ordering and negotiation are yours.

7. Availability

Ordering platforms change without notice and the extension may stop working on some pages until we update it. We work to restore functionality quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for security reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service, with notice where practical. On termination your right to use the extension ends; sections 5, 6 and 8 survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
